Latest News:

10th of March 2011 We have finished our 2 year 10 months journey from Alaska to the southern port of Ushuaia in Argentina!!! Thank you to everyone who followed us, supported us, kept in contact with us, hosted us in their homes or shared an hour or a month with us on the road or in their house!

Most Adventurous and Challenging Route of the Trip:

The Lagunas route of SW Bolivia via Laguna Hedionda (pushing in deep sand against hardcore winds from Chile, 2 weeks in extremely remote country)...not for the faint hearted, only for the stupid and the most stubborn of souls!

Highest Pass to of the Trip:

Paso Sol de Mañana at 4900m, Lagunas Route SW Bolivia

Highest Camp of the Trip:

4810m between Laguna Colorado and Paso Sol de Mañana, in a gravel pit on the side of the road on the barren freezing cold red altiplano desert
